      Our proposal: A human-centered training session, based on discussions and exchanges, that goes beyond theoretical concepts.

      Topics covered: Unconscious biases, micro-iniquities (subtle acts of exclusion), dimensions of diversity, culture and cultural identity, intercultural agility

      Format: Face-to-face, plenary, sub-group discussions, active participation via an anonymous interactive platform.

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®)

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®) is an online psychometric assessment tool that helps individuals and teams assess and reflect on their level of cultural sensitivity. It allows for the evaluation and comparison of perceived levels of reactions to cultural differences and similarities (Perceived orientation), as well as the reality in terms of mindset (Development orientation). This tool is used by thousands of individuals and organizations around the world for the development of intercultural competence.

The IDI® is translated into several languages, scientifically validated and based on a continuous development approach. It considers culture in the broad sense rather than only linked to national or ethnic culture (e.g. socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, age, etc.).

We offer individualized coaching sessions based on this tool to develop intercultural agility.

How does it work?

  1. You complete the online questionnaire (50 questions) in the language of your choice.

  2. You receive an individual report and a developmental plan based on your profile.

  3. You take part in a personalised one-on-one meeting led by a qualified IDI administrator.
