Laurent has more than 10 years of experience in managing risks and opportunities related to climate change. With more than 5 years of experience as a Senior Economist at Ouranos, he has developed an approach aimed at integrating economic considerations into environmental management.

Maher Najari
Co-founder
Driven by a deep engagement towards equity, justice and inclusion, Maher constantly seeks to build bridges so that differences can meet. He has been an ambassador for diversity throughout his career, including during his international experiences with Médecins sans Frontières.
Maher is an agent of change advocating for a tailored and personal development approach. He promotes an organic approach centered on people, belonging, interpersonal dynamics and the implementation of pragmatic and measurable strategies. Sarah Michel
Diversity and Inclusion Advisor
Having studied psychology and human resources, Sarah is passionate about the human side of organizations.
She completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at HEC Montreal, where she developed a particular interest in diversity and inclusion issues, a human resources component that is particularly aligned with her values. Since then, she has been working on various applied research and organizational support mandates in diversity and inclusion, using a human approach that combines both accuracy and sensitivity. Sarah is also a Qualified Administrator (QA) for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®).

Francis Labelle-Giroux
Climate Change Advisor
With a bachelor's degree in urban planning and a master's degree in environmental design, Francis has developed a keen interest in climate change adaptation questions throughout his academic and professional career.
His international field research experience has enabled him to develop expertise in integrating the human dimension into the efforts to address climate change. Having also worked on a number of large-scale municipal planning projects, Francis brings to the team an approach that is both multidisciplinary and rooted in local realities.

Abdoul Rahim Yanogo
Geomatics Intern
Abdoul holds a bachelor’s degree in geomatics from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering (Burkina Faso) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in applied geomatics and remote sensing at the University of Sherbrooke. He is particularly interested in the use of geospatial data for mapping, analyzing environmental changes, and supporting decision-making. His skills in spatial data processing and management contribues to the team’s work on environmental impact studies and support for multidisciplinary projects, particularly those related to climate action, forest fire prevention, and diversity and inclusion.
