1. Overview and Assessment

  • Our proposal : A portrait of your internal ecosystem to better understand employee experience and perspective, grounded in multiple sources of information. This approach helps strengthen and deepen insights, paving the way for meaningful action.

    Data collection methods : Surveys, semi-structured individual interviews, focus groups or workshops, review of literature and best practices, review of internal HR data and practices.

    Examples of themes covered : Evaluation of the sense of inclusion, overview of various dimensions of diversity and representativeness, intersectionality, perceptions of DEI practices and initiatives, areas for improvement.

    Examples of reports : Summary of key findings, heatmaps, follow-up indicators, dashboard, diversity and inclusion strategy and action plan, group discussion session, podcast episode.

    Format: Full project cycle or time bank with hourly support for specific needs (e.g., performance evaluation system review, inclusive writing drafting and editing).

    Collaborating with us and undertaking this process externally allow for a neutral analysis of the data and help protect participant confidentiality. Rigour, sensitivity and nuance are at the heart of our approach.

2. Training and Skills Development in Diversity and Inclusion

  • Intercultural agility (or intercultural competence) is the ability to recognize and accept cultural differences in depth, in order to adapt and navigate more easily in a multicultural context.

    Our proposal : A human-centered training session, based on discussions and exchanges, that goes beyond theoretical concepts.

    Examples of topics covered : Unconscious biases, micro-iniquities (subtle acts of exclusion), dimensions of diversity, culture and cultural identity, intercultural agility.

    Format : On-site or virtual, full group and sub-group discussions, scenarios and reflection activities, active participation and use of an anonymous interactive platform.

  • The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)® is a psychometric assessment tool that enables individuals and teams to evaluate and reflect on their relationship with differences.

    • Scientifically validated tool based on a continuous development approach

    • Takes a broad view of culture, addressing a wide range of differences (e.g. ethno-cultural, generational, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, etc.)

    • Used by thousands of individuals and organizations worldwide to develop intercultural skills

    We offer individual, personalized coaching sessions based on this tool to develop intercultural agility in a compassionate approach, based on listening and introspection.

    How does it work?

    1. You complete the online questionnaire in the language of your choice.

    2. You receive a personalized individual report and a developmental plan based on your profile.

    3. You take part in a personalized one-on-one meeting to explore your results with a qualified IDI administrator from the Nada team.

    4. Optional : Possibility of scheduling additional individual coaching sessions linked to objectives and the development plan.
